I believe it is really important to find things that interest us outside of work and all the usual day-to-day stuff we slog through on our way to the weekend. Something that refuels our creative spirit, refreshes our outlook and gives us the energy to keep going.  Self Care is the catchphrase being used of late for this concept, and yes, it is important so why not have a little fun while we are at it?
