Creativity happens in the quiet
Isn’t it funny how the days can slip right by you while you’re busy dealing with the day-to-day? Back in May when I posted last (Good Lord…has it really been that long?!?) I was certain I’d have a plethora of posts begging to be shared. I was fresh from a nice long vacation after all and I certainly had a head full of ideas for all the things I wanted to create! I forgot however, that sometimes creativity takes longer to manifest itself into actual results, and isn’t that just a bit annoying? LOL!
Savoring the too-short Summer
This summer has been a mix of entertaining friends and family, a little travel and lots of time in my craft space designing, testing, and working through production “puzzles”. The result has been the addition of several new bags in various sizes and styles and a couple of yummy new candle scents (Sweet Magnolia or Mango Joy) I’m happy with the progress I’ve made over the Summer and am equally happy that I was able to spend that time with friends and family. The best of both worlds, yes?
So, what’s new?
Ooooo! So many things! I added several new bags to the store and I’ve chosen styles and patterns that are great for lots of different things. Trips to the store, vacations, day-to-day stuff, and of course they’re available in a bunch of different fabrics. Actually, choosing the fabrics has been part of the struggle for me. I might have gotten a little overzealous when I started picking fabrics and now I am in that place where deciding which bag to offer in which pattern is a challenge. The Pepita Clutch Wallet
The Pepita Clutch Wallet is a slim, multi-pocket wallet that has all the slots you need to hold your necessary credit cards and cash for quick trips to the market. It will even hold a cell phone (I photographed it with my iPhone 11 in a case and it fits easily) The Pepita has a zippered pocket on the back that’s perfect for coins and I’m offering it in five different prints that, I think, are pretty darned cute. Who says wallets have to be boring?
