Fresh from the Heartland & NEW in Store – Lanyards
Not so long ago, when I was working in the office full time I had to wear an ID badge while I was in the building. I had a lanyard to go along with it, and while it wasn’t all that fancy, at least it was semi-comfortable to wear around my neck. Skip ahead a few months to the beginning of the Christmas season and a request from a dear friend of mine who was shopping my store for little gifts for her family. She wondered if I would consider adding lanyards. I already had the key fobs in store but she was looking for something for her daughter who wears a lanyard for work. So, I made a note to add them to the site, along with dog leashes, which will also be debuting soon. Stay tuned for those and keep reading for a sneak peek at the fabric options that will be available!
3 styles of lanyard to choose from
I’ve got three distinctly different styles to choose from and plenty in stock of all three! The all-metal hook is a lobster claw style making it easy to attach or detach from your badge or keys, and I’ve selected fabrics that are soft and pliable yet sturdy for long wear.
Blueberry
Blueberry is a cute multi-shades of blue dot print with little spots of sparkly silver to dress it up.
This is a nice basic option if you don’t want anything too crazy but you don’t mind a bit of “bling”.
Black Daisy
Black Daisy is a cute, sorta-retro print with white loopy daisies on a black background.
This one also fits the bill if you are looking for something a little more conservative. After all, black and white go with everything, right?
Rainbow Swirl
Take a walk on the wild side!
Rainbow Swirl is a near-psychedelic print with lots of pop. Bright, cheery and fun, this is the perfect choice if you like something a little bit “wild”.
Let’s walk the dog; fashionably!
The idea to add dog leashes to my inventory came about a while ago, but I’ve not carved out the time to make them until now. I am still working on getting the listings set up but for now, here’s a sneak peek of the three prints I will be offering. I daresay they’re all pretty darned cool and certainly a step up from those boring, single color varieties you get in the pet section. Choose from a bold tropical bloom in pink, red, lime green and blue; a colorful and bright geometric print in blue, red, green, and yellow or a lovely scenic French-inspired print in pinks. blues, greys and tans. Parisian Promenade with Fifi anyone?
All of these leashes are made of a sturdy (yet fashionable) canvas material and feature a roomy loop for your hand and a sturdy stainless steel swivel hook. Photos of the actual leashes are coming shortly along with the store listings, so stay tuned!
