This card can be assembled in 20 minutes or less. Instructions below assume that you are assembling the card using the kit that is available in my Etsy store.

Materials

  • Rosy Hello Card Kit contents:
  • Your kit should contain the following:
  • 1 white pre-stamped card, folded
  • envelope
  • 1 stamped floral panel
  • 1 coral cardstock panel
  • 1 coral strip
  • 1 white punched edge strip
  • 2 pre-stamped sentiments
  • foam adhesive squares
  • jute

Tools

  • adhesive (dry, tape runner style works best
  • scissors
  • pencil
  • ruler

Instructions

  1. Lay out your pieces wishes dahlias pieces
  2. Apply adhesive to the pre-stamped panel . After you apply the adhesive to the pre-stamped panel, adhere it to the coral panel Note: I got ahead of myself and applied adhesive to both panels, (oops!) but you want to hold off applying adhesive to the coral panel until after step 4
  3. Trim the narrow coral strip and the white edge punched strip to fit. Lay the two strips over the face of the now layered panels and make a pencil mark at the edge of the stamped panel. (Refer to photo for guidance). Trim away the excess.
  4. Adhere strips in place. Apply adhesive tot eh back of both of the strips and then set them into place.
  5. Tie jute around the layered panel. Wrap the jute around the panel so it is centered over the coral strip and tie into a bow. Depending on which sentiment you choose to use, you may need to shift the bow to one side or another. Mine is shifted to the right to accommodate the wider Happy Birthday sentiment.
  6. Adhere the sentiment over the jute. Apply two foam adhesive squares to the back of whichever sentiment you decide to use and then press it in place over the jute. This will hold the jute in place.
  7. Adhere the completed panel to the card. Wishes Dahlias finished Apply adhesive to the back of the coral panel and then press the panel in place on your card; centering it so that there is a 1/8 inch border all the way around.
